it is being reported that raf simons has been hired as artistic director at dior.

raf simons leaving jil sander

raf simons is stepping down from his position as creative director at jil sander on february 27th after he presents his final collection on the 25th.  does this mean he's off to dior??

raf simons to take over ysl?

suzy menkes from the new york times revealed that raf simons is to take the reins at yves saint laurent, replacing stefano pilati as head designer in her review of the jil sander spring 2012 collection.  nothing has been confirmed & pilati's dismissal has not been announced but these rumours have been around for awhile.... coming from suzy menkes may be the confirmation.
