harper's bazaar russia

i find something comforting about jacquetta wheeler. she's like the perfect model - gorgeous but slightly off and i would kill for those legs. i still remember the first time i read about her in the face .... mario testino discovered her on the street - i think that was around 1998-1999? she still seems so fresh.
