each of the 20 igloos is built using a newly developed thermal glass, a groundbreaking feat in glass technology that is designed to stay clear even when temperatures outside drop below -30ºC allowing you to capture views of the northern lights & arctic stars. each room includes a hot sauna & ice hole.
for braver guests, the village offers up traditional snow igloos that keep the temperature a balmy -20ºF & includes a warm down sleeping bag & woolen nightwear. other amenities include a snow restaurant, ice gallery & snow chapel. the village is open from december through april.
