oh farmer's market how i've missed you these past few weeks!  i highly recommend getting out to your local farmer's market whenever possible.  mine is on hollywood and vine and it spans several blocks. today i bought goat's cheese from a farm that brings the baby goats in for everyone to see & pet - they are quite proud of their product!  fresh bread, flowers and the sweetest, biggest english peas you've ever seen or tasted!  (they are underneath the tulips there).  joy, joy. i'm off to run errands with a belly full of breakfast radish & delicious rosemary bread smothered in butter & salted and the divine smell of freesia as i walk out the door!  happy sunday.

the petrojvic blasting company

i can't say enough wonderful things about this band. i have dragged a million people to the hollywood farmer's market on sundays to see them and when they aren't there i somehow feel like my sunday's aren't complete. there is always a crowd dancing around them and there seem to be rotating members of the band with the exception of the 2 brothers justin & josh petrojvic. if you're in the area you should definitely take a listen - they also play around town and you can find more info here. it doesn't hurt that they are also super cute boys - although i am a little partial to the horn player.
