barney's threw a karaoke party for carine roitfeld to celebrate her work on the barney's fall campaign & the debut of her book, irreverence. she entertained her guests at westway, a former strip club near the west side highway. sounds like fun!

carine roitfeld can now add "model" to her resume!  in march it was reported that roitfeld was collaborating with barneys as a stylist & guest editor for their fall ad campaign & catalog. images were leaked today of her modeling for mario sorrenti for the department store. the image was leaked via twitter by new york journalist jim shi who tweeted "wow: i knew carine roitfeld was going 2 contribute 2 @ barneysNY FW11 campaign, but didn't know she'd be IN it!"
