photographer, filmmaker, hair stylist, make-up artist, perfumer, art director & fashion designer. what didn't serge lutens do? (and do extremely well) his images were such a huge influence on me growing up - they were so exotic & beautiful & well, weird & i loved them. they were everything i was not & everything i aspired to be & do. what's amazing is how well they have held up & how current & relevant they still are. love.love.love.
Ditto that, he was one of the gods of his time, and a name I haven't heard in an age, thank you for reminding me of him and his fantastic work.
