The eccentric British aristocrat, if I'm not mistaken. I've never been a fan of bowler hats or top hats If I'm honest, and I still stand on that ground of thought. Though, I tend to think they look a lot better when they are worn casually, because they don't make the person look arrogant or self-righteous.
